What I’m learning from doing it
Operational lessons from the actual building work get written down in the field notes (shorter, messier) and in the longer-form journal essays (when the lesson is structural enough to deserve the thousand words). The Scorecard is the artifact that captures the pattern across projects.
As the work travels — podcast appearances, operators quoting the framework in their own posts, case work for other teams — those will show up here too.
